Thank you for shopping with Benifit Athletics. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping costs, and delivery information.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and fulfilled in house within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during high order volume periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Area
At this time, Benifit Athletics ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been processed.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using reputable national carriers. Carrier selection and service level may vary based on order size and destination.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Benifit Athletics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Delivery Issues and Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier service disruptions, weather conditions, or high shipping volume periods.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

If you are unable to locate your package after completing the steps above, contact us and we will assist with next steps.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution based on product availability.
